Due to the nature of our products, all food sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.

You may contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you received:
- Incorrect items
- Missing items
- Damaged packaging
- Spoiled or unsafe food

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
💰 Resolution
If your claim is approved, we may offer:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
All refunds (if issued) will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

- We do not accept returns of food products for safety and hygiene reasons
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted
- Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries
